Jessica Phillips

Physical Therapy Assistant

Jessica has been actively involved in the world of physical therapy for nine years. She completed her education as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Idaho State University, while also studying Health Science and Administration. There, she had the privilege to be an American Physical Therapy Association “PT Moves Me” Ambassador, and tutor for the PTA program and Anatomy and Physiology classes.

Jessica loves working with people from all walks of life, and finds incredible joy and satisfaction in empowering others to achieve their goals and reach their best possible health. She believes people are much more than just their diagnosis, and true healthcare includes supporting and uplifting people as individuals. Because of her time in physical therapy overcoming injuries like compartment syndrome and years of wheelchair use, she is blessed with empathy for others’ pain. She is passionate about holistic progression, helping her patients get back to doing what they love, and creating the best possible quality of life. She also has special interest in working with those who have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, dysautonomia, and related conditions.

Outside of the clinic, Jessica loves spending time in the kitchen–because life is too short to eat bad food. She loves the outdoors, hiking, white water rafting, gardening, yoga, and working on renovation projects.
